Welcome to the VIM-ASAP configuration page.


This page was developed to help users ensure that their browser settings are compatible with the VIM-ASAP web site.


Please review the following checklist:

  1. If you allow scripts to run on this page, it will tell you whether you need to take action on a step (scripts are currently off).
  2. You must use Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or greater). Click here to download Internet Explorer from the Microsoft site.
  3. Setup Internet Explorer:
    1. At the top of your browser select “Tools”
    2. From the list select “Internet Options”
      1. Click the “Security” tab
      2. Click to highlight the “Trusted sites” logo
      3. Click the “Sites” button
    3. Look at the option at the bottom “Require server verification…”
      1. If checked, then click to uncheck
      2. If unchecked, leave unchecked
    4. In the “Add this Web site to the zone” field, type in *.dla-dsc.com and click Add
    5. Click “Ok” at the bottom
    6. Select “Trusted Sites” and click “Custom Level” below to display Security Settings
    7. In the Security Settings list, select the following:
      1. Under ActiveX controls and plug-ins
        1. Download signed ActiveX controls: “Enable”
        2. Download unsigned ActiveX controls: “Enable
        3. Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe: “Enable”
      2. Under Miscellaneous header
        1. Access data sources across domains: “Enable”
        2. Display mixed content: “Enable”
        3. Navigate sub-frames across different domains: “Enable”
        4. Use Pop-up Blocker: “Disable”
      3. Under Scripting header
        1. Allow Programmatic clipboard access: “Enable”
